We reside and ship out of Southern California, USA.

Yes we provide laminated labels for mineral specimens only. These labels will include mineral names and locality, with as much information as we know.

We offer Shop Pay Installments and Paypal Pay-in-4 through our platform. These are our only payment plan options at this time.

Yes! They can be purchased through our website and emailed to the recipient. You can purchase gift cards here.

Yes! This can best be fulfilled through Instagram direct message, as video sending is most convenient there and we can build a custom order like a gift for a loved one.

New inventory is received on a weekly basis.

If you are looking for a specific piece, please contact us directly, as we have more inventory than what is listed on our website. If we do not have it currently, we can try to see if any of our suppliers do and bring it in.

Shipping

We offer shipping via USPS, DHL, and UPS. We have found that for international orders, DHL and UPS are the most reliable. However, depending on the destination country, USPS is also an option.

We are in the warehouse Monday-Friday. Our processing is typically 1-3 business days.

We are happy to offer worldwide shipping! We ship to Australia, Canada, the UK, Europe, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Taiwan on a regular basis with great success.

Returns

We do not accept returns for simply wanting to return or a change of heart. If the piece is damaged or broken on the day of delivery, please reach out as soon as possible through email so it can be resolved. Packing and shipping minerals is an art and is carefully thought out; however if it is damaged in transit, please notify us immediately and not days later.
